REGISTRATIONS

How can I register?

Please visit the registration page and click on the registration button. You will be forwarded directly to the online registration module. Please finalize the steps and you will receive an automatically sent confirmation. The final confirmation will be sent via the congress secretariat, after your registration has been checked. Only online registrations will be accepted.

When does online registration close?

You can register online until 3 days before the start of the congress. After that you can only register onsite. We strongly recommend to pre-register to avoid long waiting queues onsite.

CANCELLATION/CHANGES

Can I cancel my registration?

Yes. Please send an email to registrations@congresscare.com that you want to cancel your registration. For more information about cancellation fees and conditions, go to the registration page.

Can I make a name change to my registration?

Yes. If you want to change a name in a finalized registration, please send an e-mail to registrations@congresscare.com.

VISA LETTER OF INVITION

In my country/territory, I must apply for a visa to attend a conference and that requires an invitation to the event. Can you send me an invitation?

The Congress Secretariat is happy to provide an invitation letter to accompany your visa application after full payment is received. We recommend that as soon as you register and pay the full registration fee, contact registrations@congresscare.com with your request.

ACCREDITATION / CERTIFICATE

Is the Congress accredited?

Accreditation will be requested for RIZIV/INAMI. Further details will be published on this website as soon as they are available.

Will I receive a certificate of attendance?

You will receive your Certificate of Attendance via email within two weeks following the Congress.
