Included in the registration fee are the coffee breaks and lunch on both days and the welcome reception on Thursday.

This year it will be held at Salons Van Dijck.
Since the renovations of 2020, these sixteenth-century salons have just been completely renovated and transformed into a super cozy party place, in the middle of the historic city center. Because of its great historical and cultural value, the entire building was classified as Flemish Cultural Heritage.

Cancellations and refund policy
Cancellations made before 1 November will be refunded, less 35 EUR to cover administration costs. The dinner is non-refundable.
After this date, the registration is binding and no refunds will be given. However, a replacement can be registered upon request. Please contact the congress secretariat in that case via registrations@congresscare.com.
